The Samaikyandhra activists from the district were staged a protest, expressing concern over the way the AP State Reorganisation Bill-2013 which was introduced in the Assembly when the people were observing the death anniversary of Sri Potti Sriramulu. This protest was held infront of the district Collectorate, by the district JAC against the T-bill, here on Monday. The JAC leaders have burnt the effigies of Sonia Gandhi and Digvijay Singh by raising the slogans against to the state bifurcation. On otherside, the Seemandhra lawyers district JAC described the act as undemocratic and burnt the copies of the draft bill infront of the Court complex here. They have confirmed that the agitation would continue till the process of bifurcation is stopped.
