Indian Overseas Bank, Kakinada had observed Customers’ Fortnight program to assess and improve the quality of service to customers here on Thursday at its Ramaraopet branch in Kakinada. According to this, IOB Regional Chief Manager, Mr. S.Krishna Prasad presided over the program as a chief guest. Speaking on this, he stated that the bank is planning to launch another special branch in Kakinada to provide loans for Small Scale industries.
