Investigation on Rangaraya Medical College (RMC) ENT Department Contract Professor, Dr.SV Ramana was completed here on Wednesday. This investigation was made based on the orders received from DME. Dr. Ramana retired after working as ENT Professor in Rangaraya Medical College. However, he was appointed for the same post on contract basis. Speaking on this, Principal Dr.V.Vikram Kumar said that students of RMC College complained against Dr. SV Ramana on collecting bribe and sexual harassment for giving marks in examinations. He said that complaint was given to him and Director of Medical Education (DME) Dr.T.Ravi Raju. Based on the complaint, investigation was made by GGH Superindentent Dr.MBR Sarma, Deputy Superintendent Dr.K.Babji, Senior Professor Dr. Sri Ramulu Naidu and report was sent to DME. At the same, DME also appointed Warangal MGM Medical College Principal Dr. Rama Chandra for the investigation. Investigation made by Dr. Rama Chandra on Tuesday and Wednesday will be included in the report. According to the orders given DME, further actions will be taken, he added.
