Karimnagar, June 23rd: Fearing of failure in inter supplementary exams a junior intermediate student committed suicide on Monday. He had failed in mathematics subject in first year and wrote the supplementary exam. Fearing failure and with out waiting for results he committed suicide. The results of the exams were released on Tuesday.
According to the police, Yalla Sanjiva Reddy, 17 of Katta Rampur was studying intermediate in SR junior college in the town. Fearing failure in the exam and chiding by his parents, Sanjiva Reddy hanged himself at his house late on Monday night. The I Town police registered a case on the basis of the complaint by his father, Mr. Gopala Reddy on Tuesday. Police are investigating the case.
