Kakinada, Dec 23rd: A two month long 34th industrial, agricultural and horticulture exhibition will be held at Raja Tank premises here from Dec 24. In this regard Kakinada corporation commissioner, Mr. G.S.N Murthy organized a meeting with the officials concerned on Wednesday and asked them to make the event a success. Kakinada MP and Union Minister for state, Mr. M.M Pallam Raju will inaugurate the expo, which is being organized by the East Godavari Industrial and Agricultural Society at 5 pm, he said.
Commissioner said that apart from organizing the exhibition, food courts, amusements programs including traditional arts of East Godavari would be part of the entertainment at the same venue. Private stalls were already opened, but it would take a week's time to open that of the governments departments, he said. Expo committee members V. Ramanjeneyulu, Satyakumari, L. Satyanarayana, S. Sitaram and other participated in the meeting.
