Among the 100 heart stroke cases registered in the whole world, nearly 60 cases are from India and the same is with Diabetics (Sugar) cases said Cardio Thoracic and Transplant Surgeon Dr.Alla Gopala Krishna Ghokale. He participated in a meeting held in association with Global hospitals at Dr.Alluri Vijaya Lakshmi residence this Sunday. As a part of social service, awareness programs on various diseases will be conducted among public in the district in association with Global Hospitals he added. Speaking on this, Dr.Gopala Krishna said “In this modern life, there is no age limit for occurrence of heart stroke. For quick remedy one should do regular walking and check Blood pressure and sugar levels every two to three days” he added.
