Kakinada, Mar 8th: Huge number of petitions was received by the grievance cell organized at District Water Management Agency, here at district Collectorate on Monday. As the grievance was cancelled last week the petitions received by the people from all over the district accounted to nearly 590. And nearly 25 petitions were received through the program dial your collector organized from morning 9.30am to 10.30pm. Under the absence of the district collector, joint collector, Mr. Kona Sasidhar, Additional JC B. Rama Rao, DRO S. Venkataravulu received the grievances. Many of the petitions are related to ration cards, pensions, property issues, scholarships etc. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sasidhar ordered the officials concerned to clear the petitions as soon as possible. On the occasion of women’s day pamphlets were distributed to women at the DWMA office to bring awareness among them about the day.
