Huge number of applications have been received for the ECET examination as it is being conducted for the first time by JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada. Vice Chancellor Prof. Tulasi Ram Das said this to news line here on Thursday. Last year, only 25,165 applications were received while this year total 33,985 applications were received. ECET exam will be conducted on 24th May and results will be announced on 2nd June, he added. Hall tickets will be provided before 10th May, he added.
