Hyderabad, Dec 3: In view of the ongoing agitation by the TRS activists in Telangana region, Andhra Pradesh Government has decided to close all the Government and Private colleges in entire Telangana Region for 15 days. In a statement Principal Secretary Suresh Chanda said that the educational institutions of Government, Government Aided and Private Junior, Polytechnics, Degree and University Colleges, including MBA, MCA, Pharmacy, Law and Engineering Colleges would remained closed till December 18.
As a preventive measure, the government has taken a decision to close all the educational institutions in all the ten districts of Telangana, including Hyderabad and Rangareddy. Meanwhile, the government also postponed the scheduled examinations effective December seven and also directed the students to vacate the hostels of those who are staying in various University Hostels in Telangana region.
