Kakinada, Jan 29th: School headmaster’s promotions counseling to be organized on Thursday was postponed to Friday. Nearly 347 candidates attended the counseling that was scheduled to be organized at zilla parishad meeting hall. All the candidates who attended the counseling were disappointed with the postponement announced by the education department.
Initially the educational department has announced counseling at 11am on Thursday and scheduled to continue it for 3 days. Candidates who were in the promotion list have reached the venue on Thursday morning. Till afternoon the officers has checked the confirmation certificates of the candidates. In the afternoon the educational department has declared the postponement stating that there was a delay in preparing the seniority list. They also stated that few changes were being made in preparing the list which includes giving promotions to telugu pundits and others. With these changes the counseling ultimately led to postponement.
