Kakinada, Jan 8th: High Court has passed the orders for the ban of talent tests that were being conducted by the private schools (Government Recognized Schools) at the time of admission or during the academic year. Speaking to the media persons, District Educational Officer, P.R Mallikarjuna Sastry has ordered the private schools management to stop conducting the talent tests to the students. He said that severe action will be taken on the schools that try to violet the orders of the High Court. He also warned to cancel the recognition of those schools which tries to do the same.
Mr. Mallikarjuna Sastry has ordered the vice DEO, and the regional school correspondents to go over the issue and take necessary steps accordingly. He also revealed that a review meeting will be held under the chairmanship of the district collector at Sarvasikha Abhiyan meeting hall on Saturday at 10am. He asked all the mandal DEO’s and Vice DEO’s to take part in the meeting.
