Regional Deputy Convener of Handloom Textiles Department, Mr. A.Satyanarayana called upon Kakinada people to encourage Handloom workers. He participated in the inaugural function of State Level Handloom Textiles Exhibition cum sale here on Monday at Venkateswara Function Hall. Speaking on this, he stated that the sale of the stocked up textiles in Chief Handloom Cooperative Unions in order to provide financial assistance to the Unions. All varieties of handloom textiles will be available in this exhibition, he added. This exhibition will be continued until 19th of this month. Total 37 Handloom Unions, 12 Handloom Cooperative Union from District will be participating in this exhibition. DPRO Ramanjaneylu, State Handloom Cooperative Union President Donthom Setti Veerupaksham and others participated.
