Group-I Examination was peacefully conducted in Kakinada. As per estimation, about 8,743 candidates were to attend the examination, but only 51% i.e. 4,486 candidates gave their examination. Twenty-Three examination centers were arranged for Group-I Exam and all these centers were divided into 7 roots under the leadership of District Revenue Officer, Mr. S.Venkata Rao. He appointed Tahasildars for each root. Special Teams examined every center before the examination, to avoid unnecessary incidents under the leadership of RDO, Mr. G.C Kishore Kumar. Joint Collector, Mr.K.Sasidhar examined Aditya College of Srinagar and Bhashyam Public school. Basic facilities were arranged at the examination centers.
