October was the Red Letter Day for the PRP party. The party offices were grandly inaugurated at Kakinada, and the arrangements were done in out and out fashion. After tributing the Gandhi statue at Gandhinagaram park, flag hoisting was done at 10 am in the party office at Pratapnagar by Kotagiri Vidyadhar Rao and Jhansi , daughter of freedom fighter Alluri Venkata Rao,. Party office was opened by Sivalankha Balatripurasundhari. Party membership enrolement was started by C.H.Dharma Rao and he said that “We all should work for the party and for the people but not for the positions in the party”. He also added that “we all should serve the poor by taking Chiranjeevi as inspiration and by keeping in mind all the ideas of him”.
Disturbance was created in the program by Chalamalasetty Sunil by saying that they were not invited on to the stage for Party membership enrolment program, and they were in the party from the beginning. Many got injured and lateron fans made him cool
