Garment Shops on 9 days strike

Textile merchants will stage protest against Government allotment of tax on textiles from Monday. As State Federation Union called upon Kakinada Cloth and Readymade Merchants Welfare Association, all garments shops will be closed until 31st of this month. According to this, the agitation will be continued for 9 days. On the other hand, they will also participate in a relay hunger strike. President of Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Pydah Bhavani Prasad will commence this relay hunger strike at Main road. Association President Mr. Bulchand said this to news line here on Sunday.
