Kakinada, Dec 7th: Free Ayurvedic medical camp was conducted on Sunday at Shirdi Sai temple in Market Street. The program was organized by Andhra Ratna Lion Engineer Murthy. Many of the patients suffering with various problems attended the medical camp to take medicines.
Nearly 300 patients were treated with 60 varieties of herbal products. The Sai Baba Temple management is conducting this program every first Sunday of the month from last 6 months. With the advice of the doctor Murthy, the program was scheduled to conduct twice in the month from January 2009.
The temple management has honored the Lion engineer Murthy in a grand way. Speaking on the occasion Murthy said that this program will be conducted on alternate Sundays in every month. He discussed the importance of Ayurveda by saying Ayurveda is the oldest health care system. He discussed the diagnosis and prevention of deceases in Ayurveda.
