Union Minister of State for Defence, Mr. MM Pallam Raju laid foundation stone for Indoor stadium at PR Government College here on Saturday. This indoor stadium is being constructed with the funds provided by UGC. Later, he also inaugurated the Girls Hostel, where UGC provided a fund of Rs.80 Lakhs. He advised officers that students must be taken care such that no discomfort must be gained in students. He asked to develop the indoor stadium soon for sportsperson. In this program, MLC Mr. KVV Satyanaryaana Raju, Kakinada City MLA Mr. Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy, District Collector Mr. M.Ravi Chandra, AMC Chairman Nookala Radha, College Principal Mr. M.Satyanarayana and others were present.
