State Teachers Union (STU) will be protesting Fast unto death (Aamarana Diksha) from 3rd September. This strike is to demand for withdrawal of apprentice. Union District President Mr. Ramana Murthy and Secretary Mr. KV Sekhar said this to news line here on Thursday. Speaking on this, they stated that initially, one Lakh appeal letters collected from all people the District will be submitted to Chief Minister on 2nd of this month. They demanded that problems like withdrawal of Apprentice and providing regular scale from starting day of joining must be solved. If Government fails in considering their demands, they will stage protest at Indira Park, they added. Therefore, they called upon all Apprentice employees to take part in this protest.
