The East Godavari district administration and the Chennai-based Children's Film Society of India will celebrate the 3-day ‘Children's Film Festival' in the Kakinada from today. District Collector Mr. M.Ravi Chandra will inaugurate the festival at Devi Multiplex at 9am on Monday. On this occasion, RDO Kishore Kumar examined all the theaters this Sunday. Speaking on this, Mr. Kishore kumar said that all facilities must be provided in the theaters. On the other hand, District in-charge Collector K. Sasidhar on Sunday reviewed the arrangements that were made for the film festival. Besides Devi Multiplex, the films will also be screened in Padmapriya, Geeth, Anand, Padma, Lakshmi Talkies, Tirumala, Satyagowri, Kamal Veer and Mayuri theatres in the town. Films like ‘Aatma Viswasam,' ‘Bhoobhagotam,' ‘Muddu Bidda,' ‘Vijayapatham,' ‘Mosali' and ‘Mayajala Kottu,' which were being made for the children will be screened between 9am and 10.30am in the selected theatres.
