Students of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada conducted a big rally in the city, here on Saturday. Along with JNTU-K, Aditya, Pragati, KITS, VS Lakshmi & Ideal Engineering colleges also participated in the rally. Around five thousand engineering students participated in this rally. JNTU-K Vice Chancellor Dr. Tulasi Ram Das has flag off the rally. The rally started at JNTU-K and reached Collectorate towards Bhanugudi, Mainroad areas in the city. Students staged a protest infront of the Collectorate by raising slogans of Samaikyandhra. Later, they have submitted a request letter to the District Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad on this. Registrar Dr. Prasad Raju, JAC Leaders Abayya, R.Srinivasa Rao, Adireddy Apparao, Ramarao, Y.V.Murali Kumar, Sahadevayya, Subbarao, Palika Apparao and others participated in the program.
