Hyderabad, April 23rd: The EMRI (Emergency Management Research Institute) services popularly known as 108 services are likely to get a donor in place of the existing Satyam’s ex-boss Mr. Ramalinga Raju. According to the CEO of EMRI, Mr. Venkat Chengavalli, the institute has talks with few of the high profile companies who could give an annual fund of Rs 60 crore in place of Satyam. Mr. Venkat reveled that a firm has promised funds and would reveal the details soon.
He stated that Tech Mahindra which took over Satyam also promised to extend their support to EMRI. Meanwhile EMRI in association with Osmania University is going to start a two year course on advanced diploma in emergency care. The students will be facilitated with loans to pursue the course.
