Russian & African Empire Circus is going to start in Kakinada here on Sunday at Mc'Laurin Grounds by Revenue Development Officer Mr. G.C.Kishore Kumar. According to this, Circus Manager, Mr. Vijay Kumar released a press note. He announced that this is the first time for Kakinada on having Empire Circus. Mr. Vijay Kumar stated that total 250 artists from different places like Jalandhar, Kolkata, Nepal, China, Kerala, Maharashtra were going to perform in this Circus. This Russian & African Empire Circus is an historical circus from the cultures of Russia & Africa, it is started in 1966 by Akthar Hussain. Three shows will be playing for the day at the timings of Afternoon 1pm, Evening 4pm & 7pm that he added.
