District Collector Mrs. Neetu Prasad stated that for the first time constituency by-elections are being conducted through web-casting. Speaking on this, she stated that polling trend can be viewed live through this web-casting method, she added. This method was earlier used in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar States. Generally, this method is usually used in problematical and over problematical polling centers, she added. With the online examination of polling process, wrongful actions can be controlled. At the same, public can also view it exclusively with this method, she added. However, the web address will be announced just before polling, she added. Total 205 polling centers have been arranged for Ramachandrapuram Constituency and web cameras have been arranged in 90 centers, she added.
