Eamcet coaching along with inter

Hyderabad, June 5th: For the meritorious students below the poverty line who could not afford huge fees to get additional coaching for Eamcet, the social welfare gurukul educational societies had decided to start Eamcet coaching along with intermediate. For the students admitted in these colleges, Eamcet coaching will be given from first year of admission into intermediate. According to the director of Social welfare residential colleges, Mr. Ramana, the authorities are likely to indulge 26 colleges under this program.

 

Mr. Ramana said that, an official observer will be appointed to monitor the proceeding of these colleges at district level. For obtaining admission into these colleges the students have to acquire 70 percent marks in SSC examinations. The students of social welfare hostels will be given major priority and the age limit for the same should be 17 years. The annual income of the family should not exceed Rs 38, 220.  The admitted students will be provided free text books and reading material. Interested Students have to submit their applications to the district conveners by June 10.

 

Out of the received applications, a final list of students who achieved more than 70 percent marks will be released on June 18 and the counseling for the same will be held from June 23 and will complete on June 25. For more details the students can browse www.swrs.ap.gov.in.
