Hyderabad, Sep 10th: The Eamcet admission committee has decided to conduct the second phase of counseling between September 16 and 23. Earlier, it was scheduled between September 13 and 18. “We will keep the vacant seats for the second phase online by September 15. We will finish the entire admission process by September 30”, said Prof. K.C Reddy, the chairman of Eamcet admissions. The committee has decided not to conduct special counseling for students who were not allotted seats during the first phase of counseling despite exercising options.

“We have received 539 complaints from students across the state, Out of them four complaints were not related to web-based counseling. We examined the other 535 complaints and found that they lost seats because of their own mistake. There was no problem with the web-based counseling. It’s absolutely fool-proof and transparent”, said Prof. Reddy. These students will have to wait for the second phase of counseling.
