Kakinada, June 22nd: e-parishkaram, the online grievance cell taken up by the authorities aiming to give quick response to the grievances put by the public started functioning in East Godavari on Monday. The program was conducted simultaneously at the district, revenue division and mandal levels. For the program organized on the day at DWMA office in district collectorate nearly 500 grievances were received by the authorities.
The concerned officials uploaded the grievances online and gave the receipt to the petitioner giving a date for redressal and a unique number through which he/she can know the status of the petition either by making a phone call to 9849903868 or by logging into website www.e-parishkaram.gov.in . In addition the petitioner will be intimated details of status of his grievance to the cell number mentioned on the petition.
