Kakinada, Dec 1st: Dr. Deepthi Sampath working as ENT doctor in Government general hospital was awarded with the gold medal for her excellence in the field. The award was given by Padmasri Dr. Kakarla Subbarao on the occasion of closing ceremony of Rangarayya medical college cultural programs.
The most prestigious award of Sardar Dandu Narayanaraju Endowment gold medal was awarded to ENT doctor deepthi, as she scored highest percentage in the medical test conducted by Dr. S. V. Ramana.
Dr. Deepthi was the daughter of most famous doctor K. L Sampath Kumar. Speaking to the media, Sampath Kumar said that, Deepthi was very brilliant student and she was very much interested in medicine from child hood. She got 195 rank in EAMCET and did her MBBS in Rangarayya medical college.
RMC Principal Dr. Pratap, medical education retired director Dr. I.V.Rao, GGH superintendent Dr. M. B. R Sharma, Vice Principal Dr. Chandrashekar has congratulated Dr. Deepthi for her achievement. Later appreciation meeting was conducted at Bharani hospital, Bhanugudi.
