Visakhapatnam, June 3rd: To facilitate students with interactive sessions, the Andhra University, college of engineering has started e-classrooms in the university campus. The same was inaugurated by the vice-chancellor of the university, Prof Beela Satyanarayana on Wednesday at the department of mechanical engineering.
The e-calssroom enables interactive sessions with the students using electronic instruments like interactive board, LCD and other tools using which the lessons could be explained to the students in a better way. The students can also see how a particular machine works in workshop by sitting in the classroom.
The University registrar, Prof P.V.G.D Prasad Reddy, the principal of AU College of Engineering, Prof P.S.N Raju, the AU College of Science and Technology Prof. Rajendra Prasad, and the head of the department of mechanical engineering, Prof. T. Subrahmanyam and other senior professors were present.
