A driver died in a blast that took place while transferring the Naphtha Oil Tanker on Tuesday at Atchampeta Junction in Kakinada. Neelakanteswara Welding Shop located at Atchampeta Junction were taking care of the welding works in an empty tanker which is used for the transfer of Naphtha Oil. Unfortunately, tanker contained some remains of the Naphtha oil which led to the fatal blast which mixed with the gas. Mr. V.Satyanarayana who belonged to Penumarthy village died in this accident, while two people working in the welding shop suffered with major wounds and they were immediately taken to Kakinada Government General Hospital by 108 Health Services. District Special Police, Mr. Lakshmi Narayana and Sarpavaram S.I, Mr. Pavan Kishore had referred the incident.
