IT Best Employers Survey 2008 has conducted survey on IT companies. They conducted survey on 33 companies and 2,897 employers. They declared many important and interesting results in this survey. The survey declared that in the last 1 year the company growth and salary growth are less and the job security also reduced.
The other results in this survey are:
- As in the last 3 years the percentage of women in the IT companies is 23
- Compared to the boom companies the small companies are showing good results.
- The winner of best employer 2008 is iGate Company. In the area of profit TCS was first place in 2007 but now it reached to 6th position and iGate from 23rd position to 3rd .
- Work satisfaction of employers iGate was first and RMSI, HCL info, Rolta
- TCS stood first in the best recruitment. Nearly it took 1,00,000 employers this year.
- For every one the dream company is Microsoft. TCS, RMSI, HCL Info, iGate, are in the next positions.
