Child Specialist of Government General Hospital (G.G.H) Dr.V.Vikram Kumar was appointed as the principal for Rangaraya Medical College (R.M.C). A fax message related to passing orders of Dr.Vikram Kumar's appointment was sent to college by Director of Medical Education Dr. T.Ravi Raju. After retirement of Dr.Pratap this Wednesday, Dr.Vikram Kumar was appointed as 18th principal for RMC. He took over his responsibilities as principal this Wednesday night. Vikram Kumar completed his M.B.B.S in SV Medical College, Tirupathi. Later he completed his M.D; P.G.I in Chandigarh. In 1983, he was appointed as Assistant Professor in RMC, GGH and in 2000 he was promoted as Associate Professor. Later in 2005 he was promoted as Professor and Department Head. Speaking to news line, Dr.Vikram Kumar said that Rangaraya Medical College is known to be famous medical college in India and he would work hard for the development of college. He said he will work for assimilation of resources and assets.
