Kakinada, Oct 16th: Lot of problems were faced by the physically handicapped people in receiving their PH certificates on Thursday at Government General Hospital. Due to the lack of proper management of the hospital the people suffered many problems.
The handicapped people waited for many hours as lot of disturbance was created in the hospital. The situation came into control under the supervision of the R.D.O Kishore Kumar and then the hospital started to issue the certificates from 3 pm onwards.
In the past the certificates were issued in both Kakinada and Rajahmundry government hospitals. But now the program was conducted alone by the Kakinada GGH. So the disorder took place and police came to control the situation. Collector ordered to issue the certificates divisional wise so that the handicapped people may not face any problems in future.
