District Police in Disputes

We can know how worse the rule of law can be, by seeing the economic state of our district police. IPS officers being in secured and responsible positions are discarding discipline and behaving limitlessly. SP Mr. Trivikram Varma was into many disputes from the day of his joining. He was blamed for recruiting criminal background people as Home Guards due to some political pressure on him. With this DGP entered into the picture and cancelled the recruitment of Home Guards. However SP Trivikram Varma was out of this blame as investigations proved Home Guard commandant as accused. SP faced many problems and was been responsible for all unlawful means done by employees under him, for not having complete hold on administration. ASP Naveen Kumar blamed SP saying that he gives preference and does corruption with the help of those people who worked as ASP in Rampachodavaram. He supported this statement saying that with his influence he posted SI Durga Rao in Rampachodavaram to his present working place. He also receives bribes from everyone and delays in settlement of public disputes, he added. ASP reported against DSP saying that he tried to kill him and tried to impede his duties. According to this, DGP Surya Prakash Rao questioned him "Do you file a case against any higher official without any proofs?, then how can you ask me to file a case against DSP without submitting any proofs?".
Kancharla Rama Tulasi is one of them who has fallen into the prey of corrupted police. She proposed that due to corrupted police officers the case filed by her against her husband has become hopeless. She along with her daughter climbed to the top of the water tank and protested against police system.
