All Handicapped people declared strike at Collector Office under District Handicap Network that Indian Government approved UNCRPD Handicapped Rights Agreement should be executed in all branches. All of them demanded to provide them pension including the pending pension fund. Speaking on this, District Handicap Network Coordinator Mr.Naga Raju demanded that like SC and ST, Handicapped should also be allocated Budget Sub Plan Law. As per Supreme Court order every Handicapped person's family should receive 35kgs of rice and Collector Praja Dharbar should be organised to solve their issues, he added. They handed over the appeal letter to Joint Collector Mr.Ahmed Babu here.
