District Youth Welfare Association & Nehru Youth centers has jointly conducted the District Level Cultural Competitions here on Tuesday at Ambedhkar Bhavan in Kakinada. These competitions have been conducted on various elements. District Cultural Association member Mr. Dantu Surya Rao has started these celebrations by lighting the lamp.
