Kakinada, Jan 16th: Praja Rajyam Kakinada urban district committee has distributed provisions for Rs100 to the poor households on Friday. The essential commodities include rice, dal, tamarind, salt and oil. The party is going to popularize the scheme among the masses. Nearly 50 women from economically weaker sections are distributed with kits containing 25 kg rice, one kg red gram, one kg oil and one kg salt at the programme organized at PRP party office.
Speaking on the occasion party urban district convenor, Mr. P. Adinarayana promised to regularize the procedure of giving the provisions at low cost after their party winning the elections. He said that the party is there to fight against the poverty and to raise the standard of living of the common man. Party leaders Ch, Sunil, Ravipati, Surya Kalyanaram, Mr. Jyotula Venkateswara Rao, Potula Viswam, Tulasi Kumar, women conveyer Lakshmi Srinivas and many others participated.
