District Institute of Education and Training( DIET) entrance examination was completed peacefully this Sunday. For the academic year 2010-11, nearly 2,955 students from District applied for the DIET entrance examination in which 2,945 applied for Telugu medium and 10 students applied for Urdu medium. Exam was held at 13 centers in District Center Kakinada. Total number of 2,826 students from Telugu medium appeared for the examination and 129 were absent. All Urdu medium students who applied appeared. District Collector and Educational Officer S.Dharma Raju investigated the examination centers.
