Kakinada, Jan 6th: Demanding to fill the vacant back log posts in various departments, the district association members of Telugu Desam Party (TDP), AIYF and DYF has organized dharna at district collectorate on Tuesday. The activists raised slogans against the government to fill the back log posts.
Nimmakayala Chinna Rajappa, president of District Telugu Desam party took part in the dharna. He alleged that nearly 1.2 lakh SC, ST and BC posts are vacant till 2004 and many more are added to the list in these four and half years rule of congress. He criticized the government in neglecting to take measures against filling the vacant posts.
Mr. Rajappa warned to bring more stress on the government if it fails to take necessary steps in this issue. Later the activists including the leader submitted petition to the District Revenue Officer, Mohan Raju. Dasarlapudi Ramana Raju, Nallimilli Verareddy, Krishna Mohan and others took part in Dharna.
