The Central Human Resources Development (HRD) department has decided to arrange around 20 design innovation centers in the country to develop new technologies in the education system. In these 20 centers, the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTU-K) issued one center by the department. According to this, the JNTU-K Vice Chancellor Dr. Tulasi Ram Das had released a press note here on Thursday. He has also conducted a review meet with all the authorities on this here. Speaking on this, he said that a total funds of Rs. 10 Crores are to be released under this project to the university. Many new technologies will come to the university through this project, he added. Rector Dr. Prabhakar Rao, Registrar Dr. Prasad Raju, Directors and other officials attended this meeting.
