District President of Madiga Rights Dhandora, Mr. Kondepudi Syam Babu has demanded to register SC/ST Atrocity Case on Kakinada City MLA Mr. Dwarampudi Chandrashekar Reddy. Speaking with media persons on Yesterday, he stated Mr. Dwarampudi Chandrashekar Reddy indirectly insulted them by doing homam and roads cleaning activities in Kakinada. According to sources, Mr. Reddy has conducted homam and roads cleaning programs on 27th of April, by criticizing Telugu Desam President Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu's Padhayatra in the city. As a huge number of Madiga people from the district were participated in this Padhayatra, they have reacted for his activities. They are highly grieved that the MLA has done all these things intentionally to insult them. Mr. Syam babu has stated that the SC/ ST Commission and Human Rights Commission will complaint to the Assembly Speaker on this.
