Arrangements are being made for the cyclone tour of Chief Minister, Mr. K. Rosaiah in East Godavari District scheduled for Thursday. Mr. Rosaiah will conduct a survey of the damage due to the cyclone that hit the District from the past four days. After visiting Kothapeta, P. Gannavaram, Amalapuram, Razole, Sakhinetipalli, Allavaram, Mummidivaram, Ramachandrapuram, Mandapeta, Peddapuram, Kirlampudi, Tuni, Tondangi, Pitapuram mandals from the special helicopter, the Chief Minister will land at the stadium here at 12.10pm. He will directly reach Ambedkar Bhavan to visit the special photo exhibition being organized by the District administration on the impact of the cyclone. District Collector, Mr. M. Ravi Chandra, at a press conference here on Wednesday, said that the Chief Minister was keen on visiting the District, which affected badly due to the cyclone. The aerial survey and the photo exhibition will help the Chief Minister come to an evaluation about the loss acquired to the district due to the cyclone, he added. The police and the District administration for the Chief Minister’s visit are making elaborate arrangements. A helipad is being arranged at the stadium and the Ambedkar Bhavan is gearing up for the photo exhibition
