In association with Andhra Cricket Association, A cricket tournament will be conducted to encourage the sportsperson from rural areas. Competitions will be conducted for candidates from Karapa and Kakinada Rural areas from 10th to 16th of January. Organizing Secretary Dev Madhu Viresh said this to news line here on Thursday. Mega Rural tournament will be conducted on 7th January separately for Kakinada Rural and Karapa Zone. Winners will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs.10,000/- and runner-ups will be given Rs.5000/- , he added.
