Prothsaham scheme started by Collector Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad to provide corporate education to poor children has become thoughtfull. Intermediate Entrance counselling started two days ago is going to be continued on wednesday for the third day. Out of 678 seats, 480 seats has been allotted on tuesday for this scheme. For remaining seats counselling will be conducted at Ambedkar Bhavan on Wednesday. This process is based on categorizing merit students. As selected candidates list is not displayed at Mandal Parishad Office, many students could not apply for this scheme. So selected candidates are continuously attending for this counselling. DRDA Officers are completely supervising on this. DRDA PD Madhukar Babu, Social Welfare officer Vijay Kumar, District BC Welfare officer Dhan Raj supervised this counselling. In this scheme 10 childrens of Journalists were selected. Collector has granted seats to these children with special care and allotted them schools on Tuesdays Counselling. APWJF leaders Madhusudhan Rao and Mr. Satya Narayana thanked Collector for selecting Journalists children.
