Convict of Rajahmundry Central Jail who is already in imprisonment was brought for treatment at Government General Hospital. This convict escaped here on Sunday evening. According to One-Town SI K.Lakshman Reddy, the criminal Tekkumalla Ravi Kumar Alias Sharma (32) is a resident of Bhimavaram, West Godavari District was arrested under a Bike robbery case on 21st July. He was shifted to Rajahmundry Central Jail during last three months. Suffering from piles, he was admitted to Government General Hospital for treatment. On Sunday night, Ravi Kumar escaped from the escort. Imprisonment of Ravi Kumar will be ending on 6th of this month.
