Control Rooms were arranged at Collectorate & RDO Offices in the district for the MLC Graduate Constituency Elections to be held on 21st of this Month. According to this, the District Collector Smt. Neetu Kumari Prasad had released these numbers here on Monday in a press note at Collectorate, Kakinada. Speaking on this, she has stated that any one in both the districts can complaint to these numbers, if they found any illegal activites for these elections. People can complaint through phone, email & fax about these elections. She said, a total 295 polling centers were arranged, of them 165 in East Godavari district and 130 in West Godavari district. Around 255 members of Government officials are going to work as election staff. Polling material will be provided at RDO Offices in both the districts, she noticed. She stated that the MLC candidates should stop their publicity activities before 48hours of the polling. Counting centers were to be arranged at Kakinada Rangaraya Medical College for both the districts. Holiday is to be announced for the voters, who are working in Government & Private organisations, she stated. Election Code to be available in both the districts upto 27th of this month, that she added.
