Kakinada, Dec 28^th: Congress party leaders and activists organized human chain as a part of party formation day on Sunday. The human chains were organized at Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Kothapalli, Pithapuram and many other places. 123^rd formation day was celebrated in a grand way at Kala Venkata Rao Congress Bhavan in Kakinada.

In this occasion many party leaders including party President Mr. Chellaboina Srinivasa Gopalakrishna, district general secretary Mr Adduri Phanish, MLC Shesha Reddy and others participated. Party leaders has garlanded the Gandhiji statue and initiated the program. A long human chain was organized under the leadership of MLA Mutta Gopala Krishna.

Speaking on the occasion Ch Srinivasa Gopalakrishna recalled the efforts made by the Congress party for the uplift of the society. He stressed the need for united efforts to be put by the party leaders and the activists to win in the forth coming elections. The human chains were formed at many other places in the district at the respective party offices. At Rajahmundry the chain was formed about a distance of eight Kilometers.
