Conduct smooth counting : RDO

Kakinada, May 8th: Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) and returning officer for Kakinada urban Assembly segment, Mr. Kishore Kumar asked the officials to organize poll counting in a smooth manner. Addressing the counting observers and other staff that attended the training classes at local Zilla Parishat meeting hall on Friday, RDO asked them to organize the counting with complete awareness on the process so that no irregularities takes place on the counting day.

 

RDO asked the staff to remove the tags of Electronic Voting Machines in presence of agents and told to inform about the problems in the control unit if any directly to the concerned Returning officers. He also asked to ensure that the serial numbers on the boxes to be correctly marked. Pithapuram Assembly returning officer, P. Krishna Rao, urban thasildhar Sri Ram and others took part in the training session.
