Concerned officers to grievance cell

     Kakinada, Dec 8th: Collector Gopala Krishna Dwivedi has said that they have ordered the concerned officers to attend the grievance cell on the day of receiving the applications. This decision was taken for quick action on the petitions that were coming to the grievance cell every week.     

     On Monday, grievance cell was conducted against the problems faced by the Dwakra people. Most of the applications were regarding ration cards, pensions, site disputes and personal problems. Nearly 450 applications were received in personal and 20 through phone.

     Collector said that with the presence of concerned officers in the grievance cell most of the problems were solved and the number of applications were reduced compared to the grievance cell conducted last week. DRO M. Rammohan Rao, DRDA Kumar Swamy Dwama PD M.Jyothi, K. Jeevanbabu and many more took part in the grievance.
