In order to commemorate Kumari Sindhuri, District Level Talent Competitions will be conducted in the pursuance of Republic Day of India. These competitions will be held from 21st to 24th of this month at Bal Bhavan located in the premises of Children’s Park, Gandhinagar. Superintendent of Bal Bhavan, A.Sarada said this to news line here on Friday. Competitions include Singing, Veena, Mrundangam, Casio, Fancy Dress, Painting, Elocution and Essay writing she added. Competitions will be conducted in three different categories i.e. Sub Juniors, juniors and seniors. Children from 5 yrs to 16 yrs are eligible to participate in this competition. Candidates willing to participate have to take membership in Bal Bhavan. For more details, contact Bal Bhavan from afternoon 12:30pm to night 7pm.
