The District Collector and Election Officer Mrs. Neetu Kumari Prasad had announced the closing timings of the campaigning for three phases of the Panchayat Elections, here on Saturday. She said, the election campaign for the First phase elections to be held on 23rd July, should be closed from 5PM on 21st July to 1PM on 23rd July, and for Second phase elections to be held on 23rd July, should be closed from 5PM on 25th July to 1PM on 27th July, and finally for the Third phase elections to be held on 31st July, should be closed from 5PM on 29th July to 1PM on 31st July. She noticed that the contestants should stop their election campaign within 44hrs before the polls.
